Complete Engineering Ltd was established in October 2025 to provide practical, commercially aware MEP support across pre-construction and design.

The business was created to address a common challenge within the industry, the disconnect between design, cost and installation.

The company was founded by Mike Yates, a degree-qualified electrical engineer with experience spanning site installation, design management and procurement.
